A custom-tailored, interactive workshop designed to move your employees from frequent chatbot use to agent creation and light workflow automation.

What Your Team Will Learn

  • Refresher of core AI fundamentals
  • How agents fit into overall AI strategy
  • When to use agents vs. standard chat
  • Agent architecture basics, instructions, tools, knowledge, actions
  • Connecting agents to internal documents (RAG fundamentals)
  • Designing task-specific agents for repeatable workflows
  • Sharing, permissions, and governance considerations
  • Avoiding duplication and agent sprawl
  • Identifying automation-ready processes in your department
  • Live build session: Create and deploy a functional team agent

Outcome

By the end of this session, employees will:

  • Build at least one working agent
  • Identify 2 to 3 automation opportunities in their role
  • Reduce repetitive task time immediately
